The short version
For 25 years MTD Training has been in rooms with managers from over 9,000 organisations. Running leadership programmes, coaching people through difficult conversations, and being handed the results of 360 exercises that somebody else had run.
Those reports were usually accurate and almost always useless. Pages of numbers, a competency wheel, and a manager sitting opposite us with no idea what any of it meant for them.
So, we built our own.
