Six Steps, Start To Finish.
One Hour Of Your Time.
Here is exactly what happens at every stage, and who does it. Three to four weeks from go ahead to reports in hand, and the only jobs on your side are the brief, the names and the sign off.

You tell us who and why
Names, roles, and what you are hoping the feedback will surface. At Insight this is an online form. At Insight Plus it is a call with a consultant who has designed a few hundred of these.
We build the questionnaire
Either our standard 360 or 180, or one adapted to the behaviours that matter in your organisation. You approve it before anything is sent.
We launch it
Participants nominate their raters, invitations go out with wording your people will recognise, and everyone knows what is happening and why. Nothing lands as a surprise.
We chase the people who have not replied
This is the part that kills most 360s. Reminders, escalations and, where it helps, a nudge to the line manager. You do not send a single email.
Reports are produced
An individual report for every participant, showing scores, the gap between how they see themselves and how others see them, strengths, and where to focus. At Insight, a personalised recommendation report and an action plan come with it.
An MTD coach takes them through it
At Insight Plus, a 30 minute video call with an MTD coach: what the data says, what it does not say, what to do first, and how to talk to their team about it. This is the step that decides whether any of the previous five mattered.

We used Feedo’s 360 degree feedback tool across our division (36 managers) to provide additional insight into performance against our leadership capability framework. Their staff were really helpful and timely in supporting me to set up and run the campaign. It’s a flexible tool which can be tailored to suit the organisation and the reporting is clear and comprehensive.

How we protect people
A 360 only works if raters believe they can be honest. Four things make that true, and all four are enforced by the platform rather than left to whoever is running the campaign.
Minimum group size
Results for a rater group are only shown once enough responses have come in. Below that threshold, the group is merged or withheld.
Line manager named, everyone else not
Standard practice, and everybody is told up front so there are no surprises when the report arrives.
Comments reviewed
Free text is checked before it reaches the participant, so a comment that identifies its author does not go through by accident.
